PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high reflectance white coated metal plate used as a backlight reflector for liquid crystal. A coated metal plate provided with a white coating film having a total reflectance of 94% or more and a diffuse reflectance of 91% or more through an undercoat coating film. The white coating film comprises (meth) acrylic polymer: 2 to 50 parts by mass, (meth) acrylic monomer containing 30 to 97% by mass of (meth) acrylic acid isobornyl: 98 to 50 parts by mass ( Thermal polymerization in which a thermal radical polymerization initiator: 0.1 to 5 parts by mass, a crosslinking agent: 0.1 to 20 parts by mass, a plasticizer: 1 to 20 parts by mass, and a titanium oxide pigment: 40 to 120 parts by mass in a (meth) acrylic mixture It is formed from a type acrylic paint.
