Hydrodynamic bearing device |
abstract |
【Task】 Provided is a hydrodynamic bearing device that is excellent in wear resistance and vibration suppression properties at the time of touchdown during start / stop and at high loads. [Solution] A hydrodynamic bearing device having a bearing body that supports a rotating member in a non-contact manner by means of an oil film of lubricating oil generated in a bearing gap, wherein the bearing body has a lubricating resin in a porous resin molded body having a communication hole of 30% by volume or more. The porous resin molded body is impregnated, after molding a resin in which a pore forming material is blended to form a molded body, and then using a solvent that dissolves the pore forming material and does not dissolve the resin. It has the communicating hole obtained by extracting the said pore formation material from a molded object. [Selection] Figure 1 |
