titleOfInvention Far-infrared shielding fabric and method for producing the same
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a far-infrared shielding fabric that has sufficient heat retention even in the shade, cloudy weather, and low temperature atmosphere, has heat retention durability against abrasion and bending, and is excellent in wearing comfort. A far-infrared shielding fabric mainly composed of fibers containing 0.5 to 5.0% by mass of far-infrared reflective inorganic particles and having a far-infrared shielding index of 5.0 or more by a hot plate method. While disposing an alkali poorly soluble component containing 0.5 to 5.0% by weight of far-infrared reflective inorganic particles in the core, the alkali easily soluble component is disposed in the sheath, and the core-sheath ratio is the core by mass ratio. / Sheath = 6/4 to 9/1 Fabrics mainly composed of core-sheath type composite fibers are prepared, and then the fabric is subjected to an alkali weight reduction treatment, whereby far-infrared reflectivity is applied to the surface portions of the fibers. Manufacturing method by revealing inorganic particles. [Selection figure] None
