titleOfInvention | Crystallization method and crystallizer |
abstract | To provide a crystallization method capable of efficiently and easily obtaining crystal particles having a controlled crystal shape. SOLUTION: After a crystal habit modifier is adsorbed to a target crystal in a saturated aqueous solution containing the crystal habit modifier, the saturated aqueous solution is cooled to thereby obtain a crystal habit modifier adsorption equilibrium time for the target crystal. Measuring (t AE ) and crystal growth starting temperature (T GE ) in the crystal habit modifier adsorption equilibrium time in advance; A saturated aqueous solution containing a seed crystal and a crystal habit modifier is maintained at a temperature higher than the crystal growth start temperature (T GE ) and lower than a saturation temperature (T s ) and longer than the crystal habit modifier adsorption equilibrium time (t AE ). A step of adsorbing a habit modifier, Cooling the saturated aqueous solution containing the seed crystal on which the crystal habit modifier is adsorbed to the crystal growth start temperature (T GE ) or lower to grow the seed crystal, thereby obtaining a target crystal. A crystallization method. [Selection] Figure 1 |
