abstract | An object of the present invention is to improve the electric characteristics of a capacitor as a whole and to stably manufacture a solid electrolytic capacitor having excellent characteristics at a high yield. In a method for manufacturing a solid electrolytic capacitor, the method includes a step of immersing an anode substrate in a treatment solution and applying a surface treatment to the surface of the anode substrate or forming a treatment layer on the surface of the anode substrate.
