titleOfInvention RFID tag and manufacturing method thereof
abstract 【Task】 A highly reliable RFID tag in which a bump electrode of an RFID chip and an antenna are connected without using an anisotropic conductive sheet and good electrical conduction is established between them is supplied at a low price. [Solution] In an RFID tag including an antenna formed of a conductive paste containing a conductive filler such as silver flakes on a base material and an RFID chip connected to the antenna, the present invention is molded with the conductive paste. After the antenna pattern is cured, the RFID chip bump electrode is brought into contact with the antenna and heated to connect the RFID chip to the antenna with a thermoplastic resin contained in the conductive paste.
