titleOfInvention Method and system for treating exhaust gas from cement production equipment
abstract [PROBLEMS] To efficiently remove residual organic pollutants (dioxins, PCBs, etc.), mercury, acid gases (sulfur oxides, etc.), nitrogen oxides, and malodorous substances in exhaust gas from a cement manufacturing apparatus. Provide a method. (A) a step of collecting dust in exhaust gas using a dust collecting means 11 and returning the dust to cement manufacturing apparatuses 4 and 5; and (B) residual in the exhaust gas after dust removal. Adsorbing organic pollutants, mercury, acid gases and malodorous substances to the adsorbent by the adsorption tower 14 and reducing and decomposing nitrogen oxides; and (C) removing the adsorbent by the desorption tower 18. Heating in an active gas to 300 ° C. or higher to decompose residual organic pollutants and malodorous substances and desorb mercury and acid gas; and (D) the inert gas containing mercury and acid gas obtained. Is processed in the cooling tower 24, the absorption reaction tower 27, the dry mercury adsorption tower 29, and the like. The adsorbents in steps (B) and (C) are used by continuously circulating between these steps. [Selection] Figure 1
