abstract |
A toner process that reduces the total cost by reducing the amount of coagulant / coagulant used. A step of adding a first component containing an ionic salt to a latex emulsion containing a resin to form a resin latex emulsion, and a second component containing an organometallic flocculant from a glass transition temperature of the resin. Adding to the resin latex emulsion by stirring at a higher temperature to form a product mixture; and cooling the product mixture to a temperature below the glass transition temperature of the resin to form toner particles; ,including.
