abstract |
Disclosed is an insulating polyurethane resin which is excellent in heat resistance and heat-and-moisture resistance of an obtained insulating cured product, and in which volatile compounds are hardly scattered during the resin production process and can be easily handled. One solution obtained by further reacting a chain extender with an insulating urethane prepolymer obtained by reacting a polyol having an oxygen content of 20% by weight or less and an iodine value of 155 or less with a polyisocyanate. Type insulating polyurethane resin (however, the one-pack type insulating polyurethane resin is such that the isocyanate group of polyisocyanate is 1.4 to 2.2 times equivalent to the total of active hydrogen of polyol and chain extender.
