abstract | [PROBLEMS] A vinyl chloride paste resin composition, particularly a system containing an inorganic compound, has a high viscosity reducing effect, little viscosity change over time, and a wide range of viscosity reducing effects from high shear rate to low shear rate. The present invention provides a low-viscosity paste resin composition containing a thinning agent having low volatility and high safety.
