abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a desired structure in which generation of jaggies is suppressed on a surface to be exposed of a photosensitive layer without lowering an exposure speed in a manufacturing method of an in-cell structure in which exposure is performed by tilting the light modulation means. Provided is a method for manufacturing an in-cell structure capable of forming an in-cell structure with high definition and efficiency by forming a drawing pattern. The arrangement pitch (a) of the drawing pixels and the inclination so that at least one of the jaggy pitch and the jaggy amplitude generated by reproduction with the drawing pixel formed by the picture element portion is equal to or less than a predetermined value. It is performed by setting at least one of an angle (b), a drawing pitch (c), and a phase difference (d), and performing modulation control on the pixel part at a predetermined timing based on the pattern information.
