PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide excellent storage stability as an aqueous urethane resin dispersion, and a coating material containing the resin dispersion is excellent in surface hardness, durability, particularly alkali resistance, by a drying process and an active energy ray irradiation process. A novel active energy ray-curable aqueous urethane resin dispersion capable of forming a film is provided. SOLUTION: A polyalkylene ether chain-containing diol compound (A), polyol (B), polyisocyanate (C) having a polyalkylene ether chain in a pendant shape and having two primary hydroxyl groups, and α, β-unsaturation. An active energy ray-curable aqueous urethane resin dispersion obtained by reacting a compound (D) having both a double bond and a hydroxyl group. [Selection figure] None |
