abstract | 【Task】 An effective and safe stomatitis improving agent and foods for animals and humans containing the stomatitis improving agent are provided. [Solution] A stomatitis ameliorating agent having high effect and immediate effect by using acidic xylo-oligosaccharide having a uronic acid group alone or in combination with acidic xylo-oligosaccharide and Hatake shimeji mushroom extract. The acidic xylooligosaccharide is a mixed composition of oligosaccharides having different degrees of polymerization of xylose, and the average degree of polymerization of xylose is preferably 5.0 to 15.0. The uronic acid is preferably glucuronic acid or 4-O-methyl-glucuronic acid. Moreover, the functional food or food for animals, the functional food or food for humans containing the stomatitis improving agent. |
