abstract The present invention provides a hemostatic device capable of obtaining an excellent hemostatic effect with a simple operation. A hemostatic device 1A is composed of a band 2 that is wound around a site to be hemostatic such as a wrist, a hook-and-loop fastener 3 that is fixed in a state in which the band 2 is wound around a wrist, and the like, and a hard material. A curved plate having a portion curved toward the inner side, an expansion body 50 that is installed inside the curved plate and expands by an increase in internal pressure, and an injection portion 7 that injects fluid into the expansion body 50. The expansion body 50 is separated into a first space 51 and a second space 52 by a partition portion 55 whose outer periphery is sealed by a seal portion 54 and can be peeled off by pressurization or the like. A liquid medicine 61 is stored in the first space 51, and a cryogen 62 that contacts the liquid medicine 61 and generates an endothermic reaction is stored in the second space 52. When a part of the partition part 55 is peeled and the first space 51 and the second space 52 communicate with each other, the liquid medicine 61 and the cryogen 62 come into contact with each other, and a low-temperature cooling medium is obtained.
