abstract |
A printed wiring board having a selectively fine metal wiring image that enables transmission of an electric signal at a clock frequency of 1 GHz or more is created by simple means, and multi-layering is facilitated. A monolayer of a multifunctional molecular resist is formed by immersing a resin substrate plane or a three-dimensional plane in an aqueous solution of a thiol-reactive alkoxysilane compound represented by the formula, and using this, a conductive metal wiring is formed. A new printed circuit board on which an image is formed and a multilayer printed circuit board in which resin substrates are laminated together are obtained. [Selection figure] None |
