abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powdery vinylpyrrolidone polymer having good powder flowability and a method for producing the same. The powdery vinylpyrrolidone polymer of the present invention has an angle of repose of less than 30 degrees. In order to obtain a low angle of repose powdery vinylpyrrolidone polymer, a method in which a vinylpyrrolidone polymer solution is spray-dried in a drying tower to produce a powdered vinylpyrrolidone polymer continuously or intermittently toward the inner wall of the drying tower. By blowing air, the vinylpyrrolidone polymer particles are prevented from adhering to the inner wall of the drying tower. [Selection] Figure 1 |
