abstract To produce a carbon black paint which does not easily generate sediment by a simple and compact dispersion treatment. A stock solution containing carbon black powder in an organic solvent flows into a liquid tank and is dispersed by applying ultrasonic waves while being stirred by a stirrer 52, and is filtered by a filter in the vicinity of the ultrasonic applying unit.
