titleOfInvention | Styrenic expandable resin particles, expanded beads and expanded molded products |
abstract | The present invention provides a styrenic expandable resin particle, expanded beads, and expanded molded product having high strength and excellent foamability. In suspension polymerization of a styrene monomer, when the polymerization rate is 60% or more, the styrene monomer is added while maintaining the oxygen concentration in the reaction vessel at 7% by volume or less. A method for producing styrene-based expandable resin particles, comprising adsorbing to styrene resin particles in a polymer to advance a polymerization reaction, and impregnating a foaming agent before or after the completion of the polymerization reaction. By this manufacturing method, the weight average molecular weight of the surface portion 1 that forms 1/5 from the surface divided into 5 equal parts from the surface of the particle 10 to the center can be increased. In addition, the slope of the correlation equation between log (RMS radius) and log (MW) measured by the GPC / MALLS method of the surface portion 1 can be 0.53 or less. [Selection] Figure 1 |
