A multivalent T cell receptor (TCR) complex comprising at least two TCRs linked by a non-peptidic polymer chain or by a peptidic linker sequence. Preferably, the TCR complex comprises a TCR heterodimer having a non-natural disulfide bond between constant domain residues, which TCR is via an optionally substituted polyalkylene glycol linker. It is connected. A therapeutic substance (eg, a cytotoxic drug) can be attached to such a complex for targeted cellular delivery. Such TCR complexes can be used for diagnosis or treatment of cancer, infectious diseases or autoimmune diseases. |
