abstract |
Photocatalytic titania coatings deposited by CVD processes using organotitanium compounds and oxygen-containing organic compounds exhibit improved properties. These coatings are smoother and more durable than existing coatings, and are less likely to cause scratches. The preferred organic titanium compound is titanium isopropoxide and the preferred oxygen-containing organic compound is ethyl acetate. |
