abstract A novel fuel storage container suitable for use in a fuel cell has a rigid outer container associated with a flexible inner container in which liquid is stored. The outer container typically has a port that allows the filled inner container to be transported into the outer container. The flexible inner container has a resealable connection that allows fluid stored in the inner container to be accessible when the fuel storage container is inserted into a suitable fuel cell. For this reason, the hard outer container can be reused.
