abstract |
A method for isolating neutralizing intracellular antibodies that interact between protein ligand x and protein ligand y in a cell is described. A method for identifying a protein ligand x that can bind to a known y ligand using an intracellular antibody that can inhibit the interaction between x and y is also described. Also described are methods for the isolation of a set of antibody fragments against a significant percentage of a protein-protein interaction (interactome) of a given cell or protein interactions that make up an intracellular pathway or network. |
