【Task】 Provided is a herbal composition capable of efficiently preventing and suppressing obesity and related diseases. [Solution] The present invention relates to an obesity-suppressing composition using a mixed herbal material, and more specifically, selected from the group consisting of hemp, yellow rice, and jade yellow, or a group consisting of sarcophagus, apricot kernels, cargo leaves, and ambition. In addition, the present invention relates to a composition capable of suppressing and preventing obesity and various adult diseases caused by it, which is a mixed extract obtained by further mixing at least one kind. |
