abstract |
The present invention relates to a silicon composition that is particularly useful in the manufacture of antifouling varnishes to be applied to a substrate. The object of the present invention is to provide an antifouling varnish having economic, adhesive, non-slip and gloss properties for textiles coated with silicone elastomer. The objectives are: per 100 parts by weight: 1- (1.1) 80 parts by weight or more; 2- (1.2) 0.1-10 parts by weight; 3- at least one polydimethylsiloxane ( PDMS) 0-10 parts by weight of acrylate or epoxide; 4- 0-10 parts by weight of at least one silylated compound as defined above having at least one epoxy group per molecule; 5- at least one kind of 0 to 10 parts by weight of PDMS acrylate / epoxide; 6 to 0 to 10 parts by weight of at least one ultrafine filler as defined above; -7 and 0 to at least one thickener as defined above. 8 to 10 parts by weight; and 8 to at least one further functional additive as defined above, 0 to 10 parts by weight. The invention further relates to a varnishing method and a composite comprising a varnished substrate. |
