titleOfInvention | Artificial promoter for expressing DNA sequences in plant cells |
abstract | The present invention relates to an artificial promoter characterized in that it comprises a chimeric molecule of recombinant DNA, which promoter, once introduced into any class of plant cells, is high in any DNA molecule fused to its 3 ′ end. Promotes expression level. The basic genetic elements of the promoter molecule of the present invention are a promoter nucleus with a consensus TATA box, followed by exon / intron / exon regions and translational activity enhancing elements, all of which are artificially produced. Transcriptional expression regulatory elements can be inserted upstream of the promoter to provide expression with a specific time response capability in an organ or tissue. Designed artificial genetic elements can be functionally inserted between any active promoter and any DNA sequence in plant cells to increase the latter transcription / translation level. |
