titleOfInvention | Oligomer hydroxyaryl ether phthalonitrile and its synthesis |
abstract | 【Task】 An aromatic ether oligomer or polycyclic aromatic ether having the chemical formula (1), wherein Ar is an independently selected divalent aromatic radical, and a dihydroxy aromatic compound is converted to a dihaloaromatic compound. An aromatic ether oligomer or polycyclic aromatic ether formed by reacting with a compound, wherein the reaction is carried out in the presence of a copper compound and cesium carbonate. The polycyclic aromatic ether is formed when neither the dihydroxy aromatic compound nor the dihaloaromatic compound is present in excess. The aromatic ether oligomer is formed by using an excess of a dihydroxy aromatic compound or an excess of a dihaloaromatic compound. A phthalonitrile monomer having the chemical formula (2) (formula 6 in the specification), which is formed by reacting 3-nitrophthalonitrile or 4-nitrophthalonitrile with an aromatic ether oligomer terminated with a hydroxyl group. Phthalonitrile monomer. A thermosetting resin formed by curing the phthalonitrile monomer. Forming all of the above. |
