abstract The present invention relates to cyclopalladiumated compounds comprising bis-diphenylphosphine-ferrocene ligands and analogs thereof, which include proteins and enzymes involved in the growth and metastasis of malignant tumors such as, for example, the thyroid gland, such as serine-peptidases, Cysteine-protease, metallo-protease and endopeptidase family of activity inhibitors. Typical compounds are shown in the drawings. The compounds can modulate the immune system by acting on their enzymes and interacting with their DNA molecules.
