abstract |
The present invention relates to an improved 99m Tc radiometal complex composition of an aza-diaminedioxime ligand, a radiopharmaceutical preparation containing the same, and a kit for producing a radiopharmaceutical. The technetium metal complex chemistry of the aza-diaminedioxime-target molecule chelate complex was found to produce multiple technetium species. The present invention provides an improved aza-diamine dioxime complex technetium metal complex composition in which the presence of undesirable technetium species is suppressed. |
