abstract |
One aspect of the present invention is a method for purifying a radiolabeled compound comprising: a) placing a radiolabeled compound precursor comprising a fluoroalkyltin moiety on a fluoropolymer; b) the radiolabeled compound. Reacting with a precursor of a radiolabeled delivery compound to obtain a radiolabeled compound wherein the fluoroalkyltin moiety is replaced with a radiolabel; and c) eluting the radiolabeled compound from the fluoropolymer.
