abstract | A fuel cell catalyst loading method for enlarging the entire catalyst surface by dispersing a fuel cell catalyst in a number of physically two-dimensional (two-dimensional) and three-dimensionally minute positions, and the fuel thereof Battery provision. A three-dimensional screen printing apparatus equipped with high positional accuracy and a transfer technique are applied to a planar (two-dimensional) catalyst using a screen mesh in which extremely small empty patterns (dots) are processed. The carrier is transferred to carbon paper (diffusion layer) that also serves as an electron conductive layer. In addition, the catalyst carrier is transferred to a new carbon paper (diffusion layer) using a screen mesh with a pattern (dot) processed at a position different from the above dot position in a plane, and a plurality of these carbon papers are superimposed. The catalyst dispersed three-dimensionally is fixed to a very thin layer by pressure bonding.
