SOLUTION: A first silicone rubber layer (inner layer) is provided on the outer periphery of the roll shaft, a second silicone rubber layer (outer layer) is provided on the outer side of the first silicone rubber layer, and fluorine is further provided on the outer side thereof. A fixing roll having a surface layer made of a resin, wherein the silicone rubber inner layer has a higher hardness than the silicone rubber outer layer. [Effect] The fixing roll of the present invention is excellent in durability because the nip width between the rolls is large and the temperature of the toner fixing portion is high, so that the silicone rubber layer is hardly damaged by rubber.
