abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waist spacer that can reduce a feeling of fatigue by assisting blood circulation of an organ by negative ions generated from a negative ion generating sheet. SOLUTION: A belt 2 having a main body portion 5, an attachment portion 6 connected to one end of the main body portion 5, and an elastic attachment portion 7 connected to the other end of the main body portion 6, and an inner surface of the main body portion 5. A pair of pockets 3 and 3 whose opening ends are attached to the end side across the center position in the longitudinal direction, a drop prevention portion 10 provided at the opening end of each pocket 3, and an outer surface of the attachment portion 6. A female surface fastener 8, a male surface fastener 9 attached to the inner surface of the end portion of the stretchable attachment portion 7, and a negative ion generation sheet 4 attached to each pocket 3.
