abstract |
The present invention provides a multilayer substrate in which a porous fluororesin base material and a circuit board are integrated with a cylindrical electrode having a stress relaxation function and capable of accommodating a circuit board with a narrow electrode pitch. A porous fluororesin substrate and a circuit in which a plurality of through holes are provided in the thickness direction of a porous fluororesin sheet, and a cylindrical electrode is formed on the inner wall surface of the through holes by adhesion of a conductive metal. A multilayer substrate having a structure in which a substrate is integrated with a cylindrical electrode of the porous fluororesin base material and an electrode of the circuit board being electrically connected.
