titleOfInvention | Photothermographic material and image forming method |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photothermographic material excellent in surface film characteristics and improved in image density unevenness and an image forming method using the same. An image forming layer containing at least a photosensitive silver halide, a non-photosensitive organic silver salt, a reducing agent and a binder, and a non-photosensitive layer is provided on at least one surface of a support, and is based on a laser. A photothermographic material that is image-exposed by scanning exposure, wherein the non-photosensitive layer has an absorption maximum in a wavelength range that is at least 80 nm smaller than the emission wavelength of the laser and at most 80 nm greater than the emission wavelength of the laser. It contains polymer fine particles containing a dye. An image forming method including an image exposure process using a laser and a heat development process is disclosed. [Selection figure] None |
