titleOfInvention Semiconductive composition for electrophotographic equipment and semiconductive member for electrophotographic equipment using the same
abstract Disclosed is a semiconductive composition for an electrophotographic apparatus, which is excellent in compatibility between a conductive polymer and a non-conjugated polymer, has little change in electrical resistance with time, and has excellent conductivity controllability. When the following (A) and (B) are essential components and the weight of (A) is 100%, the amount of free dopant in (A) measured by thermogravimetric analysis is less than 30% by weight. Thus, the semiconductive composition for electrophotographic equipment having an electrical resistance of (A) of 100 Ω · cm or more. (A) at least one selected from the group consisting of aniline, thiophene, pyrrole, o-toluidine, o-anisidine, 2-ethylaniline, 2-propylaniline, 2-sec-butylaniline and derivatives thereof as a monomer Solvent formed by conducting a π-electron conjugated polymer to be conductive with a dopant (alkyl naphthalene sulfonic acid or salt thereof having two or more alkyl substituents and having a total of 10 to 37 carbon atoms in the alkyl substituents) Soluble conductive polymer. (B) Non-conjugated polymer. [Selection figure] None
