abstract |
An excellent surface-shaped thermoplastic resin film free from defects such as adhesion mark failure and surface exposure failure can be produced. When a thermoplastic resin is melted by an extruder 22, the molten resin 12A is discharged from a die 24 onto a cooling drum 26 in a sheet form and cooled and solidified to form a thermoplastic film. The thermoplastic resin was added with an additive having a temperature at which the weight reduction by the thermobalance is equal to or higher than the resin temperature of the thermoplastic resin at the discharge port of the die 24.
