titleOfInvention | Light emitting device and image forming apparatus |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To selectively emit only a predetermined light-emitting element among a plurality of light-emitting elements arranged without complicating the structure of the apparatus, improving productivity, and reducing power consumption and a light-emitting apparatus and image A forming apparatus is provided. SOLUTION: A plurality of switch elements T that can optically control a threshold voltage or a threshold current from the outside are provided, and light of each switch element T is turned on by the light generated in the ON state of each switch element T. By configuring the switch element array 13 so as to change the threshold voltage or the threshold current, the light emission state can be sequentially transferred by the light emission of the switch element T. The gate 24 of each switch element T and the gate 19 of each light emitting element L corresponding to each switch element are connected by the connecting means 14, and when the switch element T is in the ON state, a light emission signal φE is given to the light emitting element L. As a result, the light emitting element L can selectively emit light, and the entire structure can be simplified. [Selection] Figure 1 |
