SOLUTION: A plurality of switch elements T that can optically control a threshold voltage or a threshold current from the outside are provided, and light of each switch element T is turned on by the light generated in the ON state of each switch element T. By configuring the switch element array 13 so as to change the threshold voltage or the threshold current, the light emission state can be sequentially transferred by the light emission of the switch element T.
