To provide a roller, an electrophotographic process cartridge, and an image forming apparatus. An electrophotographic method using an elastic member-forming composition comprising a blocked isocyanate, a compound having a functional group capable of reacting with the blocked isocyanate, a resin particle / powder, and a conductivity-imparting agent.
