abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-halogen flame retardant polyester resin composition having excellent flame retardancy while maintaining the mechanical properties of polyester. SOLUTION: A polyester having an aromatic dicarboxylic acid as an acid component and an alkylene glycol as a diol component is mixed with a phosphoric acid ester compound represented by the following general formula (I) in an amount of 0.1 based on the total weight of the resin composition. -30% by weight and 0.001 to 0.1% by weight of polyorganosiloxane. [Chemical 1] (In the formula, R 1 and R 2 are the same or different and each represents a linear or branched alkyl group having 1 to 8 carbon atoms, an alkenyl group having 2 to 8 carbon atoms, or a substituted group having 6 to 12 carbon atoms. An aryl group, an alicyclic hydrocarbon group having 3 to 12 carbon atoms, or an aralkyl group having 7 to 12 carbon atoms, R 3 and R 4 are a hydrogen atom, or a linear or branched group having 1 to 8 carbon atoms A chain alkyl group, x is an integer of 1 to 9.)
