titleOfInvention | Transformed plant having dioxin resolution, plasmid vector and gene used for production thereof, and protein encoded by this gene |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transformed plant whose resolution of dioxins is enhanced by transformation of a Brassicaceae plant, a plasmid vector necessary for producing such a transformed plant, and a novel protein derived from a specific white rot fungus ( Laccases I to IV, lignin peroxidase, and manganese peroxidase), and a protein encoded by the gene. SOLUTION: A dioxin-degrading transformed plant obtained by introducing a plasmid vector containing a gene derived from white rot fungus encoding a protein having a dioxin-degrading ability into a cruciferous plant of a host, having a dioxin-decomposing ability. A gene derived from a white rot fungus that encodes a protein is incorporated, and is a plasmid vector and a specific DNA sequence gene used to introduce the gene into a cruciferous plant of the host, and is encoded by each of these genes. 6 types of proteins.
