titleOfInvention Chips and microanalysis
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform concentration of trace components with good reproducibility using a microchip. A flow path 13 is formed on the surface of a silicon substrate 11 by ICP processing. A dam portion 14 is provided in the flow channel 13, and a plurality of communication flow channels 15 that communicate with the flow channels 13 a and 13 b divided by the dam portion 14 are provided in the dam portion 14. In front of the weir part 14, an adsorbing part 16 made of an adsorbent such as activated carbon is formed. The silicon substrate 11 provided with the flow path 13 having such a configuration is anodically bonded to the glass plate 12 a to form the microchip 10. [Selection] Figure 1
