titleOfInvention | Antithrombotic drug efficacy test method |
abstract | 【Task】 When a platelet activity activator is responsible for promoting blood coagulation, it is intended to provide a method for quickly and easily testing how an antithrombotic drug inhibits the promotion of blood coagulation. [Solution] A system in which an anticoagulant is added to a part of blood collected from a patient receiving antithrombotic drugs (system X blood), and an anticoagulant and adenosine diphosphate or collagen are added to a part of the blood This is a test method for determining the efficacy of an antithrombotic drug by simultaneously measuring the thromboelastograph for the system (Y system blood) and comparing the R values of the X system blood and the Y system blood. If the R value of the Y blood does not significantly differ from the R value of the X blood, it is determined that the medicinal effect is functioning. As the anticoagulant, adenosine diphosphate or collagen can be used. The present invention provides a method for easily determining the efficacy of an antithrombotic drug that has not been conventionally known. [Selection] FIG. |
