titleOfInvention | Sandwich panel and method for manufacturing sandwich panel |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cause cracks with time in a rigid polyurethane foam inside a sandwich panel, which cannot withstand the stress of expansion and contraction in an actual use environment. SOLUTION: The present invention provides a space formed in a container-like outer surface material composed of a surface material 11, a back material 12, and a frame material 13 interposed between the surface material 11 and the back material 12. 15 is a sandwich panel composed of rigid polyurethane foam foamed stock solution M injected into foam 15 and cured, and the porous material 14 is attached to at least a part of the inside of the frame member 13. The sandwich panel is characterized in that the rigid polyurethane foam adheres to the frame member 13 through the porous material 14. [Selection] Figure 3 |
