titleOfInvention | Biological species detection method, microarray used therefor, and biological species detection kit |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for detecting a species capable of determining positive or false positive. A biological species detection method comprises preparing a microarray in which spots of a plurality of types of detection probes specific to a biological species to be detected are arranged, and using a first labeled compound from a nucleic acid in the test sample. From the standard sample of the species to be detected, a reference for detection labeled with a second labeling compound is prepared, and the target and the reference are mixed together in the microarray. Hybridization was performed, and the labeled signals of the first and second labeled compounds in the spot were measured, respectively, and the correlation coefficient r was calculated and tested for the correlation between the two labeled signals in the spot. If the correlation is positive at the level and the value of the correlation coefficient r exceeds a predetermined value, it is determined to be positive, otherwise it is determined as false positive. A method for detecting a species including a determination step for determination. [Selection] Figure 4 |
