titleOfInvention | Liquid crystal display element and method for manufacturing liquid crystal display element |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display element having excellent alignment stability in which a ferroelectric liquid crystal is mono-stabilized in a liquid crystal display element using a ferroelectric liquid crystal. The present invention provides a first substrate, an electrode layer formed on the first substrate, a first alignment film formed on the electrode layer, and formed on the first alignment film. A reactive liquid crystal side substrate having a reactive liquid crystal layer formed by immobilizing reactive liquid crystal, a second substrate, an electrode layer formed on the second substrate, and a first layer formed on the electrode layer A counter substrate having two alignment films is disposed so that the reactive liquid crystal layer of the reactive liquid crystal side substrate faces the second alignment film of the counter substrate, and the reactive liquid crystal side substrate and the counter substrate are disposed between. The object is achieved by providing a liquid crystal display element characterized by sandwiching a liquid crystal layer containing a ferroelectric liquid crystal and a polymer of a polymerizable monomer.
