titleOfInvention Display device
abstract Provided is a display device having high electric mobility and minimizing manufacturing costs. A display device includes first and second electrodes formed on a substrate, a semiconductor core formed on the first electrode, an inner skin covering a part of the semiconductor core, and an outer skin covering the inner skin. A fine member, a first electrode and a fixing member formed on the fine wire, and a pixel electrode connected to the semiconductor core and having a transparent electrode and a reflective electrode, wherein a part of the semiconductor core is an inner skin, an outer skin, and a fixing member. Without being covered with, the second electrode and the pixel electrode are connected. [Selection] Figure 2
