titleOfInvention | Optical connection member and manufacturing method thereof |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To connect optical members such as an optical fiber, an optical waveguide, and an optical element such as a light emitting element or a light receiving element with high precision with simple and few components, thereby reducing cost and loss. An optical connection member and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. An optical connecting member 100 optically connects between two optical members 12a and 12b of the same type or different types selected from an optical fiber, an optical waveguide, and an optical element. The optical connection member main body 101 has a resin layer 13 made of a photo-curing material interposed between two optical members, and optically connects between the two optical members in the resin layer. A rate optical connection 13a is formed. [Selection] Figure 1 |
