PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent antistatic film, an antireflection film, a polarizing plate and a display device having excellent antistatic properties, no coloring and haze, and high film strength. SOLUTION: An antistatic layer containing conductive metal fine particles or conductive metal oxide fine particles having a particle size of 30 nm to 200 nm and organic nanoparticles having a particle size of 50 nm to 300 nm on a transparent substrate film is provided.
