abstract [PROBLEMS] To provide a fiber fabric reinforcing material using a modified cyclic olefin copolymer and a printed circuit board resin having excellent high-frequency characteristics such as a low dielectric constant and a low dielectric loss tangent compared to existing glass fiber fabric materials. Substrate provision. It is produced from a fiber obtained by melting a modified cyclic olefin copolymer in which a monomer having at least one unsaturated carboxyl group is grafted to the main chain of a cyclic olefin copolymer. A modified cyclic olefin copolymer is used, wherein the modified cyclic olefin copolymer has a dielectric constant of 2 to 3 and a dielectric loss tangent of 0.002 to 0.005.
