titleOfInvention | Heat resistant cross-linked polyester fiber cord |
abstract | To obtain a polyester fiber cord excellent in heat resistance that does not melt at high temperatures while maintaining characteristics such as dimensional stability, high strength, and durability. Accordingly, a material useful as a tire belt or a carcass member is provided. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] (1) A polyester fiber comprising a copolyester is impregnated with a compound having at least two unsaturated compounds, irradiated with an electron beam or γ-ray to form a cross-linked polyester fiber, and then used as a cord. (2) Excellent heat resistance by impregnating a polyester fiber cord that has been previously treated with a carrier agent with a compound having at least two unsaturated compounds and irradiating with an electron beam or γ-ray. Fiber cord. [Selection figure] None |
